Cool Things Around The World #1

Welcome to my new series called: “Cool Things Around the World”! This is the first of the series that will launch periodically (whenever I have the extra time to do the research and get photos that are copyright free). Each powerpoint contains 5 images: architecture, the natural world, art, technology and unique animals. 

Why? Not all students have traveled the world - yet! Included in each PowerPoint, students will see things that will amaze them and other things that they will have to figure out. Included in each PowerPoint is a list for the teacher - a brief paragraph explaining some interesting facts.

When? This is a great short experience for students of all ages. It can be used when you have an extra 5 minutes and want something substantive. It will help students think, differentiate, speculate and practice public speaking. Some photos, with added details from you - the teacher, will really WOW them!  See more on Teachers Pay Teachers!
